For guests who plan to stay for a longer time in Ebersberg, there are 4 beautifully furnished one- room flats available. These are in a silent but central area directly next to the hotel.

Facilities:
Each 1- room flat has a comfortable living- sleeping area with double or single bed, telephone, colour television set, a furnished kitchen with refrigerator plus a bathroom with WC, hair dryer. Small balcony.

Daily room cleaning and change of laundry every 7 days are included. 

Free parking and Internet via W - lan.  A daily breakfast can be ordered for a small fee. The guests can have it in the hotel area.(Our flats are rentable for 14 days or by the month)

Prices: - for 1 person 750€ per month - for 2 people: 1.050€ per month

Our house lies on the outskirts of Ebersberg in the east, nearly 10 minutes on foot to the railway station and to the supermarket.

Facilities:
1 holiday flat: The lovely located 2 roomed flat with 70 qm is on the ground floor of our house. It was beautifully renovated in 2011. A nice garden with a big terrace partially roofed also belongs to the flat.

Living room with a sofa, dinette, tiled stove, radio/ CD and TV

Bedroom – 1double bed, 1 bunk bed, 1 wardrobe

Kitchen – oven, refrigerator, dish- washer, toaster, dinnerware

Bath – WC, bath tub with shower, washing mashine, hairdryer etc.

Specials:
Non- smoker flat, max. 4 people, bunk bed for children, 1 parking space.
